All of our individual meals are easily microwaveable and ready to enjoy in just 5-6 minutes. You can also reheat them in a conventional oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

How many servings are in each meal?
Our meals are designed to provide you with 1/3 of the USDA’s daily adult nutritional requirements. Each meal brings a protein entrée, accompanied by perfectly portioned sides of a starch, a vegetable, bread, milk, juice or fruit and sometimes even with a low sugar content dessert.

Are your photos of the actual food?
Yes, our photography reflects the actual product you'll receive at home! And they show the exact portion size too.

Where do I find ingredient and nutritional information?

How often do you deliver?
We can deliver as frequently as you would like. You decide how much and when you need your meals, and we will be pleased to oblige any request.

Can you deliver to a P.O. box?
Shipping is not available to P.O. boxes.

Do I have to be home in order to receive my meals?
Yes, you need to be home at the time your meals are delivered since they need to be stored in the freezer as soon as you receive them. Our professional phone representatives will contact you the day prior to your scheduled delivery to confirm that you will be home on that specific date.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order is placed either via phone or via the Internet, your meals will be delivered within three (3) business days.
